You agree that the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. General provisions

These terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
