2 articlesWhy five, and why these
When public health institutions describe what supports healthy aging, the same themes appear again and again: regular sleep, regular movement, a reasonable diet, an engaged mind, and other people. None of them is glamorous. All of them are daily. We chose to build the publication around those five because they are the parts of health a reader can actually act on between doctor visits.
Some articles belong to more than one root. Hearing, for example, is about the ears, but its consequences show up in memory and in conversation, so you will find it filed under Mind & Memory with links from Connection & Purpose. When in doubt, the full article index lists everything in one place.
